Who's Ready to be Healthy?
Layna. 24. 5'2. Vegan for moral, health, and environmental reasons. Recovering/Recovered Bulimic. Starting weight:193 Current weight:155.9 1st goal weight:150 by April 1st. Ultimate goal weight: 110-120. 96 oz of water. 8 hours of sleep from 10pm-6am. walk 10,000 steps (90 minutes). dance for one hour. push ups and other arm exercises every other day. Leg and butt exercises every other day. Abs everyday. Saturdays is rest day. 1600 calories. No processed sugar or food. All natural. I've been losing and gaining weight on/off since 2011, I finally found a way to keep it off while also being healthy (yay!). Health is my top priority. I also suffer from several anxiety disorders, ADD, bipolar disorder/depression, and self esteem issues so on this blog I'm also focusing on steps to get rid of, reduce, and otherwise improve symptoms.
